John O’Sullivan

The foundation to my practice is a person centred approach, which means you will be listened to empathetically and respected without judgement or any pre-conceptions. I work with all age ranges from 11 to adult and am able to employ a range of modalities which means I take an eclectic or integrative approach tailoring the work to your individual requirements. My practice puts you at the centre and my goal is to empower you to access your internal resources and become free to be the best of “You”.

I specialise in working with low self-esteem, self-image, self-worth, self-confidence, bereavement, guilt and shame, trauma, depression, anxiety and conflict resolution in relationships.
