Counselling is a therapeutic process which provides clients with an extended period of time in which to explore issues of a personal or work related nature, which significantly contribute to their lack of well-being.

By careful dialogue with the client, the therapist conveys his/her understanding of their situation and, where appropriate, invites the client to think and act in a manner more likely to bring about an improvement in emotional and mental health and an increased sense of well being.

Life coaching concentrates on the person's whole life, instead of just one area and the main role of the coach is to enable and empower the client. The coach closes the gap between thinking about doing things and actually doing them. The power of commitment is the acceslerator of success. Life coaching is based on a relationship of honesty, respect and the life coach's unwavering belief in the client's unlimited potential.
